This trio of young musicians, graduates of the Royal School of Music are coming up from London to perform for us.  Their programme includes music by Clementi, Goossens, Mendelssohn and a specially commissioned piece by Hilary Tann

Marta Fontanals-Simmons began her musical training with a BMus at the University of Birmingham; she then completed her MMus, Opera Course training and finally an Artist Diploma with distinction at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London.  Marta is now in demand as a versatile and committed performer throughout the UK and Europe.

She has a large and varied repertoire from opera to song cycles and lieder.

Lydia grew up locally and at the age of 16 gained a place at Wells Cathedral School as a Specialist Musician and going on to study at the Guildhall.

Lydia recently completed her Masters Degree at the Royal College of Music
